Like all Murakami, I feel like I get engulfed into another world, have read 3 of his, on my fourth now (1Q84)...

I like reading such asian books , non-violent ones, as I find in reading them a sort of mindfulness. This one is no exception, although it is more racy than other such books I read beforehand. Its a slow paced read but I enjoyed it never the less.

Are all of his books about mid men treating women like garbage?

All of Murakami's men in his books never suffer in the end. They have turmoils and crises with people they are involved with, but in the end, they are always alright. Meanwhile, women have carried worlds and wounds that destroy themselves and suffer its aftermaths. Why is that? Why?

After finishing this book, I understood the magnetism of Haruki Murakami's writing.

Yes, we will read more of his works, nevertheless.
