True rating is 2.5 stars

Rosalyn Landor did an amazing job as usual as the narrator. Eloise is a favorite in the Bridgerton series...she deserved better. Phillip was a brooding, selfish jerk. One of my least favorite in the series.

I enjoyed this next Bridgerton installment. This story followed Eloise who is a smart and witty Bridgerton sister. Eloise had refused several marriage proposals for one reason or another and I'd set on being a spinster. That is until she starts her correspondence with Sir Phillip. This story was fun but I definitely missed the excitement of Lady Whistledown.
