I wish I knew more of what was going on in Kasuga-sanās head. Iām happy for Nomoto-san, but I also donāt really get her feelings. I still canāt get into watching them eatā¦the teeth are definitely what bothers me. It was nice to see a content warning in the middle of the volume though!
Graphic: Misogyny and Sexism
Moderate: Lesbophobia and Homophobia

We got some more character background on this one! I'm so excited to continue reading this series.

Sapphic foodies this manga is for you!
It's cozy, cute, the only drawback is that it's a little too slow at times, I like how the characters takes their times to discover themselves and each other but I wish the whole procĆØs could be sped up a bit.Ā
A little more heavy (and not) conversations in-between bites would be appreciated.
I was surprised that even if Japan is on the other side of the world from where I grew up, patriarchal societies and conservative households are just the same, generations of women thought to be submissive to men in their family and strangers too. It's so sad and infuriating at the same time.Ā

i wanna be petty and give it less cause the series isn't finished but i adored the relationship build-up in this volume. it was so worth it. go lesbians go!!! i will now tweet support to the author because that final author's note was ... something. idk i wanna say it was sad and self-deprecating but it was pretty realistic and - whatever i'm gonna try to show my support. tho i've never tweeted at someone before so that'll be funĀ
edit: nvm i don't think they have their own twitter so will not be doing that. also i appreciate that they have both a gl and a bl. they really said no fetishization here, i support the gays

I LOVED the first manga in this series and I really sped through this one too, because itās just FANTASTIC š„¹ I was so appreciative of the trigger warning (homophobia) presented during the manga too.
Nomotoćć figuring out her journey was also gorgeous; I am so proud of her and for standing strong in her own way with it all ā¤ļø
The food always looks delicious too; it really makes me miss home comforts š«
I would highly recommend š³ļøāš
