Overall good book. Didn’t love, but did like. Changing between past and present kept me hooked as I personally was trying figure out the “who dunnit.”

Intriguing plot, slightly predictable but I enjoyed it overall.

The dual timelines in this novel worked well and fit smoothly together instead of being confusing as little by little the story came together. A lot of characters were introduced in order to keep us guessing about who the killer was, but in the last bit it was an easy guess. All in all, an entertaining story despite some silly drama and a rather bland protagonist. I think if I had read instead of listened to this I would've lost interest early on though, because it took a while to get going.
