Enjoyed this suspense book. The feminist in me wishes the hero had been the wife, but I have to admit the husband made a good hero. Can see this being made into a film for that exact reason. Good action. Good broships. Good pace. Even bit of humor here and there. Was hooked from the first page.

This is harsh, but seriously, this is a terrible book. This is to books what Lifetime movies for to film. The pandering dialogue written in all the ways people don't actually communicate, the wooden characters, the gigantically implausible series of one laughable incident after another...i had to finish it through sheer brute force.

This book was atrocious. I DNF about a quarter of the way through because every page had something more outlandish than the one before it. The MC is exhaustingly perfect and wonderful and his internal dialogue is irritating.
