This ebook was made available for me to read and review by Zack Bush, Familius, and NetGalley.

The illustrator of this vibrant picture ebook is Gregorio De Laurentis. The illustrations are crisp and definitely from the point of view of the parent with exaggerated size differences.

"Of all of the children that ever could be, you are the one made just for me."
This ebook is for little kids. I would say infants through preschool would be the target audience for this digital board book. This one is written for the parents, and I absolutely teared up as I read it to my 2 yr old grandson.

Thank you to Zack Bush, Familius, and NetGalley for the opportunity to read and review this ebook. All opinions and viewpoints expressed in this review are my own.

A great Father's Day gift for a new dad. Nice to see a portrayal of a father-child relationship not centered on sports, but on simple, pure, joy & love.

For: readers looking for a heartwarming book about the love between father figure and child.

Possible red flags: some readers may not enjoy the lack of maternal representation.

Would make a good baby shower gift, and a sweet bedtime story for a father to read to a child. Not something I'd use in the classroom or library.

I’m not crying! It’s just raining indoors or something.

Whew I just added this to my amazon cart, this book is a must from now on.

This is a heartwarming book about a Dad's first year (or so) with baby - from the hospital to walking to daycare/preschool. Throughout the book is repeated, "Of all the children that ever could be, you are the one made just for me." Dad is illustrated as large - like a big Papa Bear - but gentle, caring, and thoughtful. A lovely book that features Dad at the forefront of parenting - this is especially nice considering that so many books feature Mom and Mom alone - which is not always the case for every child. I do recommend this book for toddlers as it is too long to hold the attention of babies.

This is an incredibly sweet story that every new dad should be gifted. The art is lovely, but I really wish that they had depicted different dads and babies to make this more inclusive. Since it is not character driven, this could have been done without sacrificing the narrative in any way.

A loving Dad tucks his baby child in at night, plays games, and washes their hair at bathtime. The Dad tells his child how much they are loved and cherished. Every new day is an adventure of discovery as the Dad watches their child explore their little world.

I really like that the toddler in the book could be a girl or a boy, so it will appeal to all children! The text is very sweet as the Dad describes how much they love their little baby. It's a rhyming text, and the rhymes are good and the meter fits.

The illustrations are so cute! The Dad is really huge, and the baby is so tiny and little. The contrast makes it even cuter! Every page shows the Dad and baby doing some fun activity, playing superheroes, banging pots and pans, or just watching butterflies.

The board book pages are really thick and sturdy, making it perfect for little toddler hands.

A lovely tribute to fathers and children, a larger than life dad expresses his love for his child with a rhyming text and bold illustations.
