Favorite quote: "Distant ancestors many years in the future".
Author used this to describe the impact something would have on the descendants of the focus of the book (you the reader). It does not quite mean what I think he meant to say.
Your ancestors are in the past. Your descendants are in the future.
Overall the book is poor.
More clap-trap about needing to be "spiritual" (ie. Christian) to have a good, meaningful live.
