I love this book! As a daughter of European immigrants, I have always been self-conscious of my lunches. This book brings to light that we all are from different cultural upbringings, and although we may not eat the same foods, we should celebrate the foods that make us feel good! The pictures are attractive and the text is easy to read. This book goes beyond describing what we eat, but also how we eat! Do we eat with chopsticks? Do we sit on the floor? This book praises all the ways we enjoy food.
