I loved this book way more than the first. However I loved the first movie way more than the second. So it evens out right? Hahaha

Once again, I really enjoyed this instalment of 'To All the Boys I've Loved Before'.

I was really please for Lara-Jean when she sacked off Peter. It showed that she wasn't a wet-blanket that was just willing to let her boyfriend disappear off with his ex without telling her what he was doing. It also proved that she don't need no man.

I can't lie, I was super hoping she would end up with John Ambrose McClaren at the end of this book - he just seemed like such a nice boy that would really take care of her and not mess her around.

However, at the same time I was pleased that she worked out her internal issues with Gen so that her and Peter could be happy together - I just hope it stays that way for the final book (which I ordered whilst writing this review. Again, thank god for Kindle Instant Download!).

Ah, how I loved this book just for how cute and naive it was. Oh to have a simple life like Lara Jean and her romantic escapades!

At first it took me a little while to really get into this book, (a bit like the first one if I'm honest), but around the halfway point, I found myself really invested in the characters and the story! You can't help but feel for Lara Jean as she struggles with the typical woes of a teenage girl in love... And somehow wish you were back there with her.

I never knew who I really rooted for until the end, and I'm sure as heck not gonna spoil it but lemme just say I'm happily smug with how it all wrapped up. I'm doubtful there will be a third book to follow, but somehow I think I'll miss looking forward to the adventures of Lara Jean. And can I just say that Kitty was the cutest thing? How I wish I had a little sister just like her! Gah!

Anyway, if you like sickly sweet romantic stories with good ole happy endings, you're gonna love this one.

Me gustó mucho!

I kinda hoped she'd end up with the opposite person she actually ended up with, but it's still okay 'cause these books are so freaking cute.
