Knowing many NICU nurses, I’ve heard lots of stories from their perspective, but it was touching to hear it from the side of the parents. This was a really great collection of stories, with a variety of families and outcomes and experiences. It made me cry and certainly made me more empathetic to what families endure when a child is in the nicu!
