Very funny book - even for someone who doesn't own a cat or a dog!

This has a fun shtick (letters from dogs to a dog advice columnist with occasional commentary from a cat) and could be cute for an older crowd of dog lovers. There's a lot of text per page and much of it is complicated and involved. Definitely not for the preschool crowd, but might make for a fun book talk for the elementary school crowd.

Love the illustrations, and I am pretty sure this precisely captures how dogs and cats think, but why can’t we all just get along?

I remember reading the review and wasn't really looking forward to it thinking it might be a bad rip off of the Dear Mrs La Rue books. However, this is just as cute, and I love that there is a cat writing letters back as well. The illustrations are full of detail and lots of fun.

A very fun book about a dog who serves as a counselor to other dogs who are having trouble with their owners. All of his answers are a little rough to cats, but "The Queen" cat has her response, so cat lovers can have some laughs too. This would be great fun to read aloud.

Cute quirky children's book where troubled dogs write in to Mr. Mutt asking for solutions to their human people problems. The artwork is super cute and Mr. Mutt's advice would be humorous and helpful to any dog out there. Booker T Boxer will be posting his thoughts on our blog later this week!
