I liked the different perspective as the story goes, and the happenings in the book is very interesting.

What a great start to this series! When I read that there were 4 main characters I obviously expected that they'd all end up together halfway through the book. Instead, this is more of an epic fantasy series, where you're following several story lines. The characters are going to have great growth, I can feel it, especially since this isn't a trilogy. Excited for book two!
