oscar wilde is a great author but suprisingly i didnt like his playwrights very much- very stuffy (sometimes on purpose)

i think the only good play was the importance of being earnest, oscar wilde does comedies very well

when i was 11/12 i absolutely devoured P. G. Wodehouse’s jeeves & wooster books and this felt very reminiscent of that - maybe it was all the discussion of aunts & absolutely absurd relationships? (though technically it’s the other way around, P G Wodehouse was writing later than Wilde)

very funny, very quick & pretty clever. i liked it!

Funny play to read. I imagine that with the right set of actors this would be even funnier to see on the stage.
