This really had me on the edge of my seat, and it's so courageous that someone thought to make a movie about a book where everyone is covering their eyes! Very creepy. I did wonder about some of the pregnancy-related facts though. Those bits seemed less plausible. Definitely extremely heckin gory though.

I’ve never seen the film, but I’ve heard a lot about it, so when I saw this at the thrift store I was excited to read it. To say the least, it was a bit of a disappointment. The pace of the book was weird, the characters were shallow, and the end was just odd.
