Blindsided, and not in a good way.
Dubcon and way too much angst for this series.

Omg this is what you would call an emotional roller-coaster ride

You have to read the series to know what is going on. But there was a little this

Didn't enjoy this one as much as the first books in this series. It felt like a departure from the story style of the first 5 books. Also wasn't a fan of the perspective of how a woman might "change her mind" about children in the future, but her male partners weren't included in that assumption; or the sudden change from "lovers" or "partner" to frequent use of "mate". Felt a bit like the author had been reading a lot of PNR while writing this story ;)

This story didn't feel as worked-through as the first 5, and it was unfortunate that the series ends with a much lower quality book than the previous ones.
