Wow.... What a fantastic ending. I've watched the abomination Tokyo Ghoul ✓A and really hated it. After hearing the manga has better story a tell I started to read the manga.

And I'm really glad I read the manga cause it was awesome.

I feel like I should have something to say after finally finishing this series.

It was certainly a bold choice to end it like that but there were too many unsatisfying moments for me to leave the impact the author designed it for.

It shouldn't have surprised me that the concluding chapters of Tokyo Ghoul reveal itself as a tragedy rather than a triumph. Bloodshed and the meaning of such violence are placed into question, as we collectively see this operation for eradication, held by a clear disconnect between both sides; a raging cycle that would seemingly never end.

IM SAD AND MAD. But I will forever cherish this series and it’s characters.

“If angels came falling from the sky I think they would do a lot of bad things. They’re so innocent, so easily influenced.”

Damn this was sad as hell, people died left and right and I’ve never seen that many limbs being chopped off before. It was intense.

The end wasn’t the best but I assume you are supposed to continue to read Tokyo Ghoul:Re. So I’ll probably do that and see how it continue.
