unlike the characters, the artwork ages well however the story does not
don't understand why all the women were such absolute hornies when I wasn't even on the beach

The concept of a beach at which everyone grows incredibly fast was interesting, and I liked the story-within-a-story toward the end. I never felt attached to any of the characters, but if you think you'd like the premise and/or themes of what it means to live, then maybe give this a shot. I've heard it's better than the movie, for what it's worth (though I haven't seen it myself.

Amazing art and interesting enough premise, could’ve used another 20 or 30 pages though.

It's not great, but still better than the movie (which is not hard)

An effectively creepy idea, but also just gross. The concept was explored well, but in a way that made me think I'd rather no one tried exploring this concept at all. Well made, but unnecessary.
