I absolutely LOVED this, it made my eyes leak from laughing and crying!

This is a 'quirky' absolutely nuts story where you could see what was coming from a mile off, but I couldn't put it down until I was finished.

Rowe/Sterling was just so funny, the whole book was completely my sense of humour, and Bash was so cute! The side characters all felt like real people too, I'm super intrigued by Joey and the sandwich shark

Last night I decided I would read this book in its entirety rather than going to sleep. I’m pretty pleased with that decision.

Look. The beginning of this book was absolutely ridiculous. No sane person would think anyone was buying what Rowe was trying to sell when he was pretending to be the owner of a multi-billion dollar company. However, were tears streaming down my face from laughing so hard? Yes. So I’ve decided to ignore the plot holes in favor of being entertained.

Rowe and Bash were freaking hot together. Again, not super realistic sex scenes since Rowe had exactly 0 experience having sex but power bottomed like a pro. Again, I’ll forgive it due to the hot as hell dirty talk.

Really, I just had a super fun time reading this. I was coming from an 800-page book and a 900-page book back to back, both super slow burn and angsty and just really sad. So this was the fast-paced, low angst, fun and sexy read that I desperately needed and I am thrilled with it.

Rowe pretends to be the billionaire founder of Bash's company, but Bash knows right away that he's a liar. Bash is still drawn to Rowe, and ends up lying to him in return. Fortunately, the lies between them don't last the whole book, and another plot line takes over.
Highly recommended.

So me being me meant that i read book 2 before book 1 (this one) so i already knew some of what had happend in this book. But that didnt take away anything from this book, it rather made me understand Silas (MC Book 2) and his friends better.

I love the qurikyness of Rowe and his story in trying to get his invention of the ground. Him impersonating Sterling Chase, who he thinks is a real person, is just gold. And all the wonderful one-liners and scenes we get when he is that person is marvelous.

Bash is the opposite, he is straighforward, powerful and he is a secret billionaire. He falls head over heels for Sterling Chases impersonator Rowe, mind you he is in on the game early on. But i don't want to spoil to much of how he knows because then you would loose half the plot.

This was an easy and funny read with alot of spice but also a nice plot that drives the story forward. I have as said already read book 2 about Silas (Marrying Mr Majestic) and now I am waiting on book 3 that will be about Dev and his journey to finding love and peace of mind.
