The boomerang storytelling got a little infuriating at times but overall it slaps
Graphic: Abandonment, Cancer, Death of parent, Death, and Grief
Moderate: Bullying, Blood, Cursing, Violence, and Alcohol
Minor: Fire/Fire injury, Homophobia, Injury/Injury detail, Medical content, and Terminal illness

Currently crying as I write a very quick and half assed review, but this book is fucking amazing, it tells the tale of the Dunbar boys so well, all the grief, the happy moments, the stretches, everything. So many emotionally charged moments that simply left me on the verge of tears or outright crying, every character had depth and didn't feel hollow, the ending especially was amazing, closing in on the wedding. I cannot lie, the first 30/40% of the book was a painful thing to go trough, incredibly slow, yet things just kept ramping up and simply kept me flipping the pages. I can't imagine I wanted to DNF this book for so long, only to finish the majority of it in 3 days. An amazing read.
