One of the book in my Kodansha-Free-Volume-1-promo. In this one a boy and a girl have conversations about being a girl, about being a boy, about stereotypes, about gender, about relationships, about love, and more. I agree with other reviews that sometimes I was like, wait what, especially with the ML, he has some really old-fashioned views. The conversations were OK, but I rather more liked what came after it and seeing these two grow together and get closer. The art was gorgeous!
But there was one thing.. the ML looked a lot like Watanuki from xxxHolic, and at times when things got emotional also acted like it.

Review to come in June.

blanket rating for the whole of OPC: i love love love a relationship with lots of talking. i love that they stay friends for a hell of a long time before things develop. i love that they both are so sillay and imperfect (although azuma just a little bit more imperfect i would say). the high school romance of my dreams

I really suffered with this first volume, I didn't like ML from the beginning with all those old-fashioned stereotypes it had, but I suppose it grew in me because I'm willing to keep reading. I quite liked the ML and the art is very beautiful.

This was kinda cute...quietly made me smile. A bit ridiculous at times and over the top. Free with Comixology Unlimited so I will probably read more but I dont really feel compelled to read the next one right away.

This book was suggested to me, so I gave it a chance. The girl is really sweet and helpful! I am right with her, what possibly happened to the guy. To have these crazy notions about girls!?
