I loved Mitza, such an interesting main character. Strong and brilliant struggling with a dilemma faced by many women even today.

I really like the premise of this book, obviously so little is known about Mileva Marić but I love the concept of reading a book told in the perspective of a woman in stem from the 1900’s that was just as influential as Einstein if not more just not credited in the way she should have been. That being said it was an okay book. I wasn’t invested in the characters and I just didn’t vibe with the writing. I’m all for powerful women taking back their name and calling men out though.

I'm disappointed by how little evidence there is for the author's theory of how Mileva helped Einstein. She makes some major accusations with little to no evidence. I expect historical fiction to be better researched.

The kind of book that - if even 50% of it is true is enough to make ones blood boil at the injustice of it all. Of course we do not know but given the nature of man and the ability of men to easily take credit it is entirely credible.
But one has to wonder - and historical fiction has that cheeky way of putting words in people's mouths ...

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I recognize it is fiction, but the possibility of this being a side of the story fascinates me.
