This is such a interesting book as it gives you the insight into a doctor’s profession and how the doctor system works. Some of the stories in this book hit me hard as they were so sad and so heartbreaking. I like how much respect the doctors have for there patients and how well the get to know each patient. The way the doctor surgery’s and the way they work these days has changed a hell of a lot. This is such a good memoir. Xxx

Sobbed reading this. On a par with This Is Going to Hurt, and knowing that it will inevitably wind towards the pandemic and the necessary precautions put in place, it’s a heavy read that nonetheless manages to bounce along.
