I started this book a day or so ago and recently finished it this afternoon. Overall the book was not excessivly impressed, but did house some smile-worthy and entertaining moments.

The basic plot consisted of Callie Prophet, who was hired on to the Lockheart household in order to become Becky's- the hero's daughter- nanny. Aubrey Lockheart lost his wife, Anne, two years ago and is depressed early in the novel. Callie steps in with her daring and outspoken personality to be the savior to both father and daughter, gaining their love.

While there does exist one minor subplot related to Callie that plays into the climax at the end of the novel, a moderatly interesting ending, I found this book to be rather dull overall. Wilson told the romance of the charaters in a very haphazrd style, tending to skip over and ignoring potential scenes that would've shaped this novel much better than orignally constructed.

While positivly speaking there were a few pointed enjoyable moments, over all, I considered this book to be rather bland.
