sorta muddled. I think Collette was a very great and influential French writer, especially as she was a rare female writer for those times (wow). I think I should read more of her work and perhaps I’ll find a favourite

Gigi is light hearted, youthful account of love with a delightful French touch. The Cat was emotional and personally painful to read. A flip side of love if you will.
