For those of you interested in weird, morbid, and dark this one is for you. It was a very interesting read and that had an overall creepy vibe to it. Sort of an updated "The Yellow Wallpaper."

I guess I could give this a 2.5 because I definitely wanted to finish it to see where it was heading. I think if you are into psychological thriller type books you would like this.

This was weird and well written, genuinely tense and twisty but rooted in the main character of Mrs March. We see a story of a woman unravelling fairly rapidly, her paranoia manifesting in hallucinations and dark, weird moments that don’t always connect. I liked it a lot, though it did lose a bit of steam for me at the end. But overall a fascinating and very strong debut!

I read it but am still wondering what I read. I may have to read this one again just to be sure.
