Very good diet of second chance romance. Gavin and Violet had a sort of relationship but he broke her heart and she’s hated him ever since. He’s now the star basketball player at their college and her next door neighbor. He tries to be polite to her but she isn’t having it lol. Not even his roommates are exempted from her iciness lol. Then came a camping trip when she didn’t know that he was going but he knew she was and it was his only chance to try and get things right. It wasn’t easy she really made it difficult for him. But as time passed she gave in but it was one thing after another. She was with him when he needed support and as time passed he realized that he didn’t hurt her but was actually setup. Their friends are funny and add to the dynamics. I loved the epilogue!!

This was cute! Whenever I don't want to think but also want to read and have a good time, I can count on a Rebecca Jenshak book - and I mean that as a compliment.

I enjoyed Violet and Gavin's relationship and how it progressed over the course of the book. I am exceedingly happy that there was no third act break up.
