my heart aches
oh my god this book was so good. I had all the feelings I could want from a book in this one.
Spencer and Quinn are so cute and my heart HURT for Spencer over what happened.
I can’t wait to read more from this author.

Beware of Geeks Bearing Gifts is a cute and entertaining short story featuring SWAT officer Quinn and his next-door neighbour Spencer. Who starts to care for him after Quinn is shot in the line of duty.
But Spencer is a geek, who works with computers all day, loves superheroes and doesn't have the confidence to believe someone as gorgeous and alpha as Quinn could fancy him. Yet, time spent together soon changes that even if they don't get off to the best start.
If only Quinn's large Cuban family and his SWAT teammates would give him the peace and space to show Spencer that being a geek turns this alpha on.

This was just okay. It was too short for the story it was trying to tell. We never got a resolution of Spencer fitting in with Quinn’s friends or what their relationship looks like in public.

It was a short but sweet story, it would have been interesting seeing more about Quinn's friends and how they'll handle his relationship. It was good reading about how they started and how they managed to know each other, and all thanks to Spencer who mustered his courage to try again after their first encounter.

Super cute and fluffy! Just the right length for this kind of fluff too.

I listened to this the second time through, which bumped my rating up. It was great on audio. Such a sweet, cute book - really glad I got it on audio.

Loved this opposites attract romance
Thought it was time to read this sort of intro into the Four Kings world.
It's a fabulous opposites attract romance which has a really sweet organic relationship build up between Spencer and his injured SWAT team neighbour Quinn.
Loved seeing how their relationship, as they're already together in the later books, began
