This book is hilarious and so much fun, especially for Bronte fans. You don’t have to be a Bronte fan to appreciate the book, but you will catch more jokes.
Graphic: Child abuse, Death, Gun violence, Physical abuse, Terminal illness, Death of parent, and Murder

I loved this book. It was so much fun! If you have read Jane Eyre, you will love it even more.
I must admit that I enjoyed this book more than My Lady Jane, and that is definitely because of the characters of Charlotte and Mr. Blackwood. They were such fantastic characters! And Helen. She had some great moments.
This is such a well done weaving of mysteries and ghost stories with some good comedy and a hint of romance. And I loved it. I wish I could be dropped into this book... ghosts and all!

Minor: Child death, Violence, Blood, Death of parent, Murder, Fire/Fire injury, and Abandonment
There is a paragraph that is a Harry Potter reference. It doesn't name Harry Potter, but if you have read the books or seen the movies, the reference will be apparent.
