It still follows Nagata, and the theme of loneliness is very strong. But it’s interesting to see her progress and get better/worse in different things.
I found a handful of points/realizations very relatable, especially entry 7.
This book doesn’t have as many in your face triggers comparatively to the first one. But I’d still suggest looking at the trigger warning list.
Graphic: Emotional abuse, Mental illness, and Grief
Moderate: Self harm, Suicidal thoughts, Toxic relationship, and Injury/Injury detail
Minor: Alcoholism, Drug use, Eating disorder, Sexual content, and Abandonment
