I think the premise of the book was too good and therefore I was disappointed because it didn't live up to the hype I created in my head.
It was still a good book, I just think it could've been even better.
I really liked the second quarter/half (im not sure exactly) when the pace got faster, but the entire buildup was too long for me.

That ending! I tried so hard to stay up late to finish - but the words were spinning. Slow build thriller - worth the time.
Eddie finds himself co-chair on the defense of Bobby Solomon, a Hollywood heartthrob accused of murdering his wife and chief of security. Though he loudly shouts his innocence, the trial begins.
Joshua Kane has evaded the law for decades - minitoring the courthouse, Kane selects potential jurors to take over their identity. Because he committed the murders- and wants Bobby to go be convicted.
Great suspense and those twists. Yes!

Th1rt3en is one of the most unique thrillers I have read to date and can safely say that Steve Cavanagh is becoming one of my favorite authors in this genre!

A famous movie star is on trial for the murder of his wife and bodyguard. The twist: the killer is on the jury! Told from the perspective of Eddie (defense lawyer) and the Kane (the killer), Th1rt3en hooks you in right away through its thrilling plot, multiple perspectives, and a ticking timeline.

I really enjoyed this book and highly recommend!
