- Olive and Ethan are so fun together! Their banter is fun and I love how they call each variations of their own names.Â
- It seemed like they had some misconceptions about each other, which caused the misguided notions. They clearly like to bicker and compete with each other. To me they werenât exactly enemies.Â
- Olive and Ethan remind me of Mia and Nicholas from the movie The Princess Diaries 2 (especially the âI loathe youâ and kiss scene!)Â
- The timing of the comedic and dramatic scenes are so on pointÂ
- I definitely understand why Christina Lauren books are so popular! This one specifically had a lot of charm, romance, humor.Â
- Oliveâs family is so supportive and protective of each other.Â
- The epilogue is amazing and I loved it!Â
- The drama between Ami and Dane. OMG. I didnât see it coming but Iâm not surprised either. I immediately got bad vibes from Dane. I think itâs interesting that they were together from the beginning but Olive and Ethan are meant to be.Â
- I didnât like or understand the obsession with boobs and body parts in this book. It was too repetitive about them. Like we get it, Olive has big boobs and Ethan is attractive. However, Iâm not opposed to reading other Christina Lauren books.Â

i liked reading it but i hated the part where they automatically fell inlove when olive didnât even feel the same until he told her he wanted to go out with her (except ig liking him as a person in their trip đ) and hated how ethan chose to believe his douchey brother being openly gross abt women even tho it was so OBVIOUS
anyways still cute read

2) did you know that Ethan has reallllyyyyy long eyelashes????
3) I think Lauren might hate women a little bit.
4) About 75% through this light hearted book took a sharp right turn into "well you thought he harrassed you but are you sure that's what happened???" It was fucking vile and disgusting, and both Ethan and Amy should've got yeeted into a volcano.
Moderate: Sexual harassment
