Very easy read. read it all in 1 sitting. Too a few chapters to figure out the flow of the book, but then I was hooked. Reading book #2 tomorrow and then I haven’t waiting book # 3 to arrive from Amazon.

This book from page 1, was a mystery with an element of romance. However, the end makes it a love story and stomps all over the mystery. The concept was great but it was kind of slow. I waited and waited for the good part to come but the end disappointed me. There could been n number of better reasons for them to lose their memories which would have satisfied the mystery element for the readers. If there is a sequel for this, I request a do-over towards the concept of this book.

First read in January 2015, Re-read in February 2016.

Everything about her is captivating, like the aftermath of a storm. People aren’t supposed to get pleasure out of the destruction Mother Nature is capable of, but we want to stare anyway. Charlie is the devastation left in the wake of a tornado.

I've come to expect nothing but perfection from Colleen Hoover. For me, she nails it every time. But I'd never read anything by Tarryn Fisher. Blown away!! They have delivered an amazing, original story. I'm still reeling from what i've just read. The wait for the next book will surely kill me!!

I'm rolling my eyes right now for all those who can't see me.

This book. It's so annoying, really. Three part serialized novel. WHY????
So, I read this first "part" and honestly, I don't even know if I'll ever read the other two parts. Because I'm not invested in these characters AT ALL. Charlie is annoying, Silas is cocky, the mystery is dumb. I think 150 pages just wasn't enough to really pull me in.

I'm clearly in the minority here as it has an average rating of 4.12. Maybe it's my mood today.

Pats boem, je wordt meteen het verhaal in gezogen. Afwisselend  vanuit oogpunt van Charlie of Silas geschreven. De zoektocht begint, elke 48 uur zijn ze opnieuw hun geheugen kwijt. Interessante verhaallijn! Jammer van het open einde.

“Question everything. Your love, your religion, your passion. If you don't have questions, you'll never find answers.”

I was thinking I was going to give Hoover a last chance going into Never Never.
I started this thinking this was a short story, not knowing that Hoover had split it up in 3 parts, and was unpleasantly surprised at the end (where there was no end...).

I don't know if I will bother to even read the rest, it just feels exhausting now.
Anyone who feels like spoiling the ending for me? *Blink* *Blink*
