What a great collection of stories! I really enjoyed Miskatonic Dreams, but I think Nightmares was even better. Each story really built upon the others. There were a few stories that were not as interesting to me, which is why I only am rating this at 4 stars but I do think that the concept of pulling together many different authors, all who have a love of Lovecraftian literature. If you haven’t even read any books on this style, give this collection a try. It’s got a variety of stories, and one of them will be sure to catch your attention. Stories have great characters, dark plots, and some great horror elements. I enjoy these collections and hope there are more to come in the future.
