This end book in the series really seemed to tie everything together in a neat bow at the end. Very heart wrenching in some places. Not to mention the great story writing and intrigue in mystery. The real question while reading was: are they going to figure it out? How long would be left in the book after they did? What would they do after that?

I finally read the end of my favorite series going on for the last several years!

I still madly love this series for all the reasons I massively, lengthily, raved in fangirl glee over in all their other reviews. All the girls are still amazing. All the different worlds that are now interconnected are still amazing. The way the book is plotted with the first massive climax happening at the 60th percent of the book, and still going on, still having so much more to go one about, and then once the other climax's have finished, still going on about real life choices and actions -- still one of my favorite parts.

That things where there's a bunch that happens off screen your main pov character doesn't see and has to be caught up on (during fights, and normal days)? Still. A. Crazy. Amazing. Realistic. Favorite.

At the heart of this novel, this story is still about the people it started out being about: Solange and Lucy, and, then, by extension, all the Drakes and all the brothers they fell in love over the last few books. It's still about the small universe, of the Drakes tucked away, and the large universe, of everyone who is anyone knowing who Solange is based on her birth and her actions now.

I won't spoil anything. I will only say that I still love, love, love, love this series. I am sad to see it end, and happy to see it got a fitting ending. Plus, I will be here with bells when Alyxandra starts her next series.

Minus 1 star only because while I loved the changing point of view among all the strong women we've met over the years and books, I felt so confused in the last third of the book to what was happening where, with who, and by whom. It was just a little too layered and disjointed. But it was still glorious all the way around.

Carter I honestly don't know what to say . I loved all of this series because of it humour romance and random action it was a vampire novel that really didn't take it self to seriously. All the other books in this series were short and amazing they didn't drag everything out but blood prophecy felt like two bod in one, and I don't mean this in a good way. The whole incident dealing with the rouge Helios-Ra , Nicholas being tortured defeating the remaining host would have tied up all the loose ends nicely. Though it was a good plot twist having Hope as dawn

What felt really off to we was the 200 pages in the middle where we had he whole plot line of Solange being possessed, it was completely random. This whole section lacked real action, to me And in places the writing was unclear, and overall for the middle section of the book I lost what I loved about the drake chronicles the humour. It was all so serious, and so un drake. Then when viola was defeated we went back and started a different plot line which I though was amazing.I loved the whole final battle with everyone and lived up to my expectations of what this novel would be. Though it annoyed me when hunters grandpa died I know it good to add the emotional aspect in there but it's so predictable, in the final battle the stubborn one see the right way and dies protection the people that he cares about, so done before I expected a better.

The ending felt slightly forced to me, the whole epilogue didn't really work for me, touching on each of the couples to show their utter happiness, this pack for the future to always stay together it was tying up things two well, showing each of the characters futures. Every other book in the series ended on a romantic note, I would of been happy with a final kiss, Solange and Kerian finally getting back together, or a witty remark from Quinn. These books are so of action and drama and you can't end one with a calm discussion around a camp fire, I want a finally epic moment of excitement which makes fell like a would die to be part of the drake family.

Now I have always loved these books and my copy of several of this are falling apart , but it felt almost forced to me. If I could cut out the middle second of the novel I would have loved it to pieces. But I will forever drool over the drake brothers

Love this vampire series. Sorry to see it end but with the promise of more e-novellas makes it more bearable.

Although it was an okay read I just lost interest and wasn't sucked in the way I was hoping.

What a perfect ending to the series, almost. I'm still a tiny bit bummed that at least 1.5 of the Drake brothers are still alone.

I thought this was a good ending to a good series. The action scenes were really good. Since the narrator switches between a few different characters there were times where it was jarring going between the characters. And there were a couple of times where there was a new narrator who only narrated once or twice. But overall it was good, and I'm looking forward to reading other things from Alyxandra Harvey

It was nice to have a final book that kind of answered all of my questions, but I don't feel that this book was on par with the others.
