This was one long, dragging, not thrilling book. The switch between the two timelines did little to add to the action as it was pretty boring on both sides.

I liked this book but didn't love it, thus the 3 star rating. It had a pretty good mystery element to it, but it was slow paced and not a lot was happening through parts of it. I did end up figuring out who the killer was before I got to the end of the book. I was mainly hoping for more suspense than this book delivered. Also, there was sort of a paranormal element to it that didn't really work for me.

I enjoyed this book for what it was. There were parts I found to be a bit cheesy and/or over the top, but it was a good read overall. Looking forward to more from this author.

Love these kinds of books- lots of guessing till the very end, and the ending twist was nothing I thought of! Great writing style and a fun thriller to get hooked on

Anxiety in the worst way possible. Idk why this made me feel like I needed a shower but it did.
