Read some of Inuyasha when I was younger, but eventually tapered off and never picked it up again.

I didn't expect to still like this as much as I did as a teenager! I hope we can keep the good vibes going, but I am a little afraid because the series is so long. So far so good though!

I grew up watching the show and I really enjoyed. A few years back I went through and re-watched the whole original series.

Now I'm going through the manga and it's still just as great. Rumiko Takahashi is a talented author and believe that I'll continue to enjoy her work in the future.

I really enjoyed this manga, it had a well pace plot and the characters felt flash out also the ending of the manga was fine. The art style and cover of manga is okay.

I used to watch InuYasha almost every week back when I was still a kid and I remember having a very huge crush on this dude. Haha! And now that I'm 19y/o, I'm going to read the whole manga! Let's relive that old crush, won't we? ;)

Big, big love for this manga! All the main characters are fantastic, the chemistry between them is great and it's compulsive reading. I just can't quite give it a 5 stars as the relationship between the two leading characters (you know it's going to happen eventually!) is over the course of the series, sooooooooo ridiculously draw out it's tortuous rather than tantalising and sometimes the whole thing feels a bit like monster of the week. Still it's very good fun and the attention to historic detail is good. I was really sad when it finished. Oh well, must read something else now I guess.

Most beautiful art style I’ve ever seen on any manga, incredibly wonderful and dramatic paneling, strong female protagonist and female villains! The first volume is such an imaginative introduction to this magical story and these fantastical worlds which involve time-traveling, different timelines, demons, magic spells, reincarnations, and powerful jewels. I used to watch the anime as a kid so reading the original manga is a very nostalgic experience, and I love appreciating this story in its original medium. I enjoyed Kagome’s active role and strong personality, and how she establishes the main goal, alongside Inuyasha, to collect the missing shards of the Shikon jewel which are scattered throughout demon-ridden feudal Japan. I’m excited to read more of these two. Every full-page and two-page panel is an artistic masterpiece I have the compulsion to get a poster of so I can hang on my wall lol
