FMC is a witch and MMC is a kraken whose inner beast has decided FMC is his mate. I really liked this book a lot.. It was a fun read and I enjoyed both of the characters a lot. There truly wasn't much wrong with this book, there were a few grammar issues but they didn't detract from the book. Would definitely recommend.

The only reason this is getting 4 stars is because I adore Lillian's writing. I love her characters, I love how she writes her spicy scenes.

But I CANT. I TRIED OKAY, I REALLY TRIED. I mean I finished it but I was scared for every scene those suckers were gonna come out. Tentacles just...nope. Everytime they came into play (pun intended) I actually physically shuddered. This is the only thing I can't do. NOPE NO THANK-YOU.

Gargoyles yes. Lake monster, yes. Tentacles...never again.
