Finally I've could read Luca and Karina’s story. I was expecting this book for a long time and I wasn’t, even in the slightest, disappointed at all.

I was absolutely hooked by this story

This was a cute story! I was anxious to see Luca and Karina story ever since reading Dani and Marco’s story. I liked this book even better than the first.

A few bits felt repetitive at the beginning - I felt like Luca explained that he had a travel channel on YouTube multiple times.

I LOVED that Luca added Juan Carlos to the group chat. I was happy to see him return in this book and claim his spot in the friend group.

I understand that Karina ghosted Luca because she was nervous about Max blackmailing her, but I wish she would’ve explained that she was being mean to Luca to try to keep him at arms length. It seems so random, such a quick 180.

Their love story was cute - I love a good, supportive, “I’ve got your back” man.

Can’t wait to read Sofi and Franco next!

ARC REVIEW: GOING THE DISTANCE WITH YOU BY LISS MONTOYA
RATING: DNF
PUB DATE: 10/9

SYNOPSIS: Can Luca Bianchi, the hottest guy on campus, be my knight in shining armor? He dared me to take a chance at forever while someone close to me had other intentions – making my life a living nightmare. But I wasn’t ready to dive into a complicated relationship. Luca is an all consuming force. His to sweep me off my feet and prove that we could make magic together. When I fled to Chile, back to my family vineyard, he followed—pretending to be my boyfriend to help me in a moment of need. Our little white lie suddenly morphed into something I never dreamed of having but desperately wanted. Would my life's issues be too heavy for us as a couple? Maybe I could finally let go of my demons and put my faith in Luca to go the distance with him.

this story moved SO fast (like within the first chapter), and i do not prefer that. i don’t mind a little insta love, but being obsessed with each other within the first 2 chapters is too much for me. + a few chapters later, the MCs are fighting for seemingly no reason. the insta love & the miscommunication made it a DNF for me.
