As usual, James Rollins delivered an exciting and twisting adventure melding science and historical questions that is so hard to put down! Seeing that I read the Sigma Force books out of order I have the good pleasure of seeing characters and relationships unfold that I expect which made this tale even more rewarding. Looking forward to the next one for sure!

I quite enjoyed this book. It's like Da Vinci Code and Bourne novels combined. It starts dramatically with one of the Sigma Force members (Grayson Pierce) almost getting killed. Next, it jumps to a massacre in one of the cathedrals in Europe where a female lieutenant (Rachel Verona) leads the investigations. These two team up with a couple of other support team members and travel Europe to find out the reason for the killing spree in the church. Along the way, we discover several villains and traitors. A great, quick read!

This was a re-read. I have started to listen to the Sigma force novels on audio. It's great, I can knit and listen at the same time.

Oh man I really like this one! Dan Brown meets Clive Cussler, great action, great plot, well developed characters. I've forgotten how much I enjoy books like this. I will definitely be looking to read more from this author!
