I like this because it gives us some of Potter's material seldom found anywhere else. But again, it is narrated by Frasier.

I grew up watching the Beatrix Potter stories on VHS, with the beautiful intro song by Miriam Stockley.
The collection is sweet and perfect; I love the classic illustrations. I was surprised that I knew as many of the stories that I did. I enjoyed listening to the audio version read by Nadia May, too, since she has a British accent.
I think this is one that all children should be brought up on!

I'd never read these growing up. Maybe I'd like them more if I'd started young, but as it stands the earlier ones are all I particularly care for.

Charming and comforting. I used to read these tales a lot as a child, and I really enjoyed reading them before bed as an adult. The illustrations are lovely and the stories are sweet. I'm glad I re read this collection this year.
