the first half is a bit slow and somewhat painful to get through, but it pays off in the second half with character development. i would have loved this in middle school.

What a book, what a sequel. Aptly named, ‘Delicates’ reminds us all how fragile we all can be and how imperative it is to be kind to each other. 
Thoughtful read, Brenna Thummler does it again with her impressive visual storytelling in this heartfelt graphic novel.
