I've let my library hold on it expire twice now.. I just don't really care about the story anymore

For a book titeled "Elektra", her POVs were a bit to few for me. I get that because in the original myths she's more of a side character there isn't as much of her story to tell during the Trojan war, but until the last two parts of the book it felt like I was reading Cassandra's story more than Elektra's. She's an interesting character and I enjoyed reading her story reimagined, but I'm not sure giving her such a big part of this book was the best choice.
However I really liked this book and how it put the women that get pushed to the side in the myths in the center of the story.

Blew me away and years ago i read originals of the Greek tragedies
This is Clytemnestra and Helen twins which i didnt know or remembet- Iphiginia - Electra- Cassandra. The men are in the foreground and we dont read their thoughts- Agamemnon Menelaus brothers- Paris- Priam- Achilles- Giorgios - Aegisthus - Orestes and in backgrounds are the gods
She is excellent writer J Sant and she has specialty in the Classics from Kings C in UK
She has stayed w what was written added to it and gives us the gift of the 3 women thoughts and their versions of everything centering around Helen leaving her husband and daughter to go w Paris to Troy. It is all in 20 y

There are very strong themes mothers love for her child man‰ЫЄs love of power- male domination yet womans revenge . It is all very very dark the worst of humanity the belief in power of the gods. Mire complex than is possible
