An excellent read for anyone trying to understand why students of color are marginalized and how they cycle is perpetuated by sometimes well-meaning people unwilling to understand their own privilege and biases.

Felt all over the place. Had endless lists of things to make points. Felt extremely repetitive. Even tried skimming towards the end but the chapters were just too long and uninteresting.
