Definitely put me in a positive frame of mind and provided me with a framework to develop. I liked the stories and especially liked the exercises at the end of each chapter. Since I was listening in the car and my kids heard parts of it, they remind me to expand rather than contract. I bought a used copy from amazon so that I can follow up on some of the research and to remember how to be happy for no reason.
