I absolutely loved this book and couldn’t put it down. It’s the type of story that makes you reflect on your own life, and I love books that make me love life more.

I liked it. It kept me interested and really got me to think about what it would be like to lost 10 years of my memory. Good book for discussion.

"I have to admit if I saw this book in a book store or library I probably would not have considered reading it....I am glad I did [read it]...once I started reading I had a hard time putting it down till I was finished....I found this novel to be quite creative and imaginative, especially how the author unraveled the story thread by thread, memory by memory and bit by bit. Loved the fact that it did not come all about at once....[S]he leads you through the maze of jumbled thoughts, the interwoven stories of life, love, relationships, death, children and family."

Just what I needed. What starts as the worst thing - a head injury leading to amnesia - turns into the best thing as Alice realizes who she grew up to be isn't all that great. It's as close to a "do over" as you can get without adding magic.

Honestly I'm leaving it convicted to ponder the habits I've slid into. The death of a marriage is rarely quick, rather years of growing bad habits that step by step lead us to a "how did we get here?" moment. I'd rather learn vicariously through Alice than experience it myself.
