I don't even know where to start...this book took me through it....literally finished this book in 12 hours!!!

I literally have no complaints about this book. I loved Prime, he was a lot but oh my gosh if he didn't keep it a 100. He might have been in a tricky situation in a way but like his logic at least to me I could appreciate and I understood it. He was a gentleman when required but would light a b**** up if necessary. Don't get me started on Mama Lisara...she was a boss doing what she had to to take care all 6 of her boys. She was a class act who if you read the book was not one to be triffled with cause she had hands. I loved the dynamic and the storyline with all the sons. Though the oldest was in some deep sh*t he learning slowly, I hope he does right by Couture, baby doll deserves the wold putting up with his ish..Tangie and Nori a** deserved what they got....Nori end of story. The twist and turns in this story were amazing!!

My man my man my man!!!! Prime gave BDE on every page!
Lisara the fallen from grace First Lady has to pick up the pieces of her life and raise her 6 boys alone after secrets are revealed about her Pastor husband! She moved to the hood, become a hotel concierge by day and stripper by night! Doing everything she can to keep a “normal” life for her kids leads her to make decisions that could harm her future!
Prime, the businessman by day and King Pin by night storms into Lisara world full of aggression and dominance, but immediately captivated by her energy! He loved the sacrifices she’s willing to make for her family and will do anything to help her! He is loyal to a fault tho, damn near jeopardizing his own happiness trying to “stick to the code”! Holding on to baggage from a woman who no longer serves him or his child pushes him into Lisara’s orbit, and once he is there mentally, physically and emotionally NO MORE GAMES ARE PLAYED!

This story was very interesting! Some things predictable and some not lol. Lisara was my favorite character because she was a go getter. When life sat her down she got back up swinging. Prime although he didn’t handle some things the right way he had a heart of gold! I love how they came together and was so glad Nori and Tangie were dealt with. Khari worked my nerves but glad he got it together lol. Great love story
