Things are going from bad to worse for Jade but things can only get better from here right? Book two is a whirlwind of ups and downs but it just adds to the intrigue. With the additions of new and old friends, Jade may just be able to do the impossible.

Getting better and better
This series got better with the second book. The focus shifts more to the action than the main character's feelings and inner turmoil, so it was a much more interesting read to me. Threats loom around every corner throughout the book, and it ends on another thrilling cliffhanger. Definitely will keep going.
