I first read this as a teen when it first came out. This is my first time doing a reading challenge for the year, and I'm filling October with horror and creature features. It's King, werewolves, and amazing illustrations....what's not to love?

3.5 - "something inhuman has come to tarker’s mills, as unseen as the full moon riding the night sky high above."

a short story, but surprisingly effective! very classic werewolf plot, made even better by the very stunning art and gore :) not life changing, but definitely a fun read for werewolf enjoyers

this is just further proof that I really have taken to preferring King's shorter works. a handful of his long works are obviously iconic, but works like IT that are incredibly mythology-heavy can be difficult to get through, because King has a tendency to ramble and diverge from the point and frankly, just give us too much. Cycle of the Werewolf is brief and to-the-point, yet full of action and character and narrative, and it's a breath of fresh air in the long list of King's works. it's really amazing.

A nice fast read. Even though it's short, King still has a way of making great characters unforgettable.

Very short book which made for a quick read. However, the full page color picture for each month preceded what happened and ended up being a spoiler which was disappointing.

I actually read FINN by Stephen King, I’m not really sure why it isn’t on goodreads. it is what it isss. Anyways super fast paced story, shit went 0 to 100 rq. Def wish there was more to it though.

Kinda pointless. Not very entertaining. Unmemorable.
I feel like nothing happened and there was really no story.
