This book is fantastic. I was a little skeptical because the title makes it sound like a super dense philosophical novel, but it's really not. It does deal with philosophical ideas about the nature of decisions and whether things are meant to be or not, but it does so in a light-hearted way and it's interwoven with the stories of all the characters. The book jumps in time and tells the story from the perspective of each character and it's definitely an enjoyable read. It's also a very slow-burn-y book which I personally quite enjoyed!
Moderate: Rape
There's a sex scene that is unclear whether it is r*pe or not. Consent lines are blurred so yeah. And in the first couple of pages there's a couple of lines of sort of sympathy for H*tler, so watch out for that too. It doesn't play a role in the story, it's just used to make a point abt the character's backstory, but still. It's there.
