Book felt different from the others and didn’t have anything to really keep me motivated to continue reading. When life got busy around me, I had no desire to push myself to finish this book.

Mixed feelings but overall I liked it. Certain parts were confusing (why have these three regions never interacted before? Why is their magic so different??), some parts had me checking to see that this really is classified as a young adult novel, some parts were beautiful and lovely and had the emotions-driven elements that I love about this series
